11. CAD Designing Policy
- Customers are eligible for up to three (3) free revision requests per design order. These revisions apply only to reasonable and minor modifications; complete redesigns or full model changes are not included and may incur additional charges.
- Customers may request the final design files within a period of up to three (3) months (90 days) from the date the design order is marked as completed.
- After the completion of the 3-month (90 days) period, Pluntx will no longer provide design files, and no further revision requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
